The lagoon of no less than 16,000 m² is Europe's largest artificial lake and uses Crystal Lagoons® technology. This is a specially developed filter system for large lakes and lagoons for swimming. This revolutionary technology is the most efficient in the world and ensures that the lake uses only half the water that is normally used for a park of the same surface area. The closed-loop system purifies the water and is then reused. The water supply no longer needs to be replenished except through evaporation. The filter system uses up to 100 times fewer chemicals than in traditional swimming pools and uses only 2% of the energy required for classic swimming pool filtration systems. Incidentally, the largest lake with Crystal Lagoons® technology is located in Dubai.
